Platform transformation

The core system is the one nobody will let you touch. It holds the orders, the money, the legal record, and the accumulated knowledge of everyone who ever built a workaround for its limits. Replacing it is not a technical problem first. It is a sequencing problem, and the sequence is what keeps revenue moving while the thing underneath it changes.

So we stage it. Old and new run alongside each other, bridged in both directions, until the new one has earned the traffic. Then the old one goes away. The half of this work nobody photographs is the half that decides whether it worked: custody and provenance for every object of value moving through the operation, compliance rules encoded rather than remembered, and paperwork that has to be legally correct on the first attempt, in every jurisdiction you operate in.
